Arthur John Stewart from Calgary, Canada is the founder, director and chief educator of our organization.
    AJ is a Canadian who taught in Alcanta, Huamei and Clifford International Schools and won the award of excellent teacher in those schools. In 2000, AJ founded our organization and developed the EFL teaching style that CIEO is famous for.
    Ajay created a “second mother tongue” teaching method through his own teaching experience combined with EFL teaching theories for non English-speaking students.
    In Sep 2001, AJ was invited by The English Teaching and Researching Office of the GZ Education Committee to give a training lecture of his teaching method for all English teachers of GZ primary schools. In the same year, he was invited to edit the Oral English courses for grades 1 to 4 for the GZ primary schools. Our design studio was in charge of the publication of these textbooks.
    The “Come On” series, which is edited by Ajay, designed and published by our organization, won the first prize of English teaching materials in the 4th National Textbook Exhibition in Beijing.
    Our organization has been introduced by media like Guangdong Television and Guangzhou Television. In 2005, TVB Pearl interviewed      our organization exclusively.
    The Modern Mothering Express even wrote a column to introduce our organization several times.
    In 2005, AJ was elected to be Professor of culture by Rocky Mountain College, Canada. During his teaching in China, he has been invited to his Alma Master, Red Deer University and Prairie University for seminars and lectures about child education.
    Ajay, the director of our organization is in charge of textbook development, expert teacher training and teacher management.
    In 2005, Ajay was awarded as “Excellent Teaching Staff “by the Civil Administration Bureau, Tian’he District, GZ. And in 2006 he earned    the same award for the second time.
